Question 1

Which channels does Loomi connect?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp Business API, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and a web chat widget. All five in one inbox, one thread per customer.

Question 2

Can more than one person work the same WhatsApp number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That's the point. Every conversation is assigned to one person; everyone can see it; only the owner is accountable for it.

Question 3

Will the AI say something wrong to a customer?

Accepted Answer

It answers from your own pages and documents, and hands over the moment a question falls outside them. You see every AI reply in the thread and can correct the source.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

$250 per month includes five seats and 5,000 AI credits. Each additional seat is $50 per month. Add 10,000 credits with a $100 top-up pack. Visit the pricing page to estimate your AI credit usage.
